We implemented full customization for all furnitures and decorative pieces leveraging our own wood, fabirc and metal workshop. With our design studio, we delivered a truly elegant villa that constantly collects wows from guests and even purchase interests from investors.
Located in North America, the hotel is situated in a high point overlooking lakes nested in one of the most lovely cities of North America. It is a paradise for yound people, cyclists, pensioners and new couples. The client wanted his hotel to become a benchmark for business and leisure travel alike. However, balancing the budget with product and design quality is tough.
We prioritized key statement pieces with custom design and luxurious finish in each functional space while using extant designs for the rest, achieving desired budget and quality balance while accentuating uniqueness.
Located in the most vibrant city in East Africa, the client is a leading voice in beauty and hair care industry. The client recently acquired funding to establish a flagship spa and salon in downtown. The client was looking for builidng the new location into a benchmark for beauty and hair care in the region by equipping it with the most advanced equipments and machines. However, locally sourced ones are mostly disappointing, both old and basic. The client came to us because we run a spa and salon chain in China through a subsidiary.
We activated our beauty and hair care manufacturing network to identify the most advanced machines for the client, some even before made public. The move helped the client to bolster new customer visits by over 50%.
Located in East Africa, the client is one of the largest supermarket chains in the region. The retail chain had been growing rapidly over the past few years. However, they have not been able to improve their sales and margin on non-perishable items due to the lack of connections with supplying factories directly in Asia. The client came to us to provide a solution to address the issue.
We helped the client identify the most appropriate SKU mix via comprehensive market analysis while improving supplier quality and pricing power. The solution helped the client to increase margin and sales significantly.
The client is a premium alcoholic beverage brand in East Africa. The brand is present in restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and even on commercial airlines. The client came to us because they want a solution for packaging their beverage into cans, which they have not done before. Amongst all, they worried about the quality of cans the most because they've had bad experiences with previous vendors. Additionally, they are operarting under a tight budget and thus the order quantity is limited.
Despite low quantity and tight budget, we leveraged our network to plug the client's order into the production schedule of one of the largest facturies in Asia, delivering top quality cans ahead of time and 20% under the budget.
Located in Europe, the client is a leading manufacturer of industrial and agricultural equipments, and they recently won a sizable tender from the government. The client came to us when they realized that one of the key casting piece of the order was not manufactured to the technical specifications, and existing vendors could not fultill it in the desired time frame. The deadline was fast approaching, and they were set to lose money and trust of their client.
Leveraging our engineers' decades of experience in casting and forging, we identified the technical solution to manufacture to the spec. We cut the expected lead time by half and delivered the consignment before the deadline.
Located near in Middle East, the client is in the business of procurement. Due to a nearby major natural disaster, the client had to urgently procure several emergency vehicles and equipments. However, there was a massive shortage of emergency vehicles and equipments in the region. The client came to us and asked for help to fulfill their oder.
We zoomed onto the idling equipments in Africa for short-term lease to Middle East instead of buyout. Our emergency leasing program was able to deliver for the client on time and under the budget.
The client is a medicine distributor in East Africa. During COVID, there was a massive shortage of face masks and testing kits. The client came to us for help because we have previously provide similar service to clients in Europe.
Leveraging our network and through negotiations, we carved out a small portion of a much larger order for this client by plugging it in front of the queue. We were able to help the client fulfill the order on time.
